-Job Description:

-Be well groomed and neatly presented in clean, well fitted uniforms
-Be on time
-Greet guests and introduce our dishes and drinks
-Make recommendation on dishes to customers and repeat it after taking the order,Obtain a full
and complete order
-Able to explain specials and/or any items that are not available to guests
-Answer any questions with regard to the menu, its ingredients and allergies where applicable.
-When serving the food, make sure the dish is correct and announce the name of the dishes you served
-Maintain the normal serving order, meet the guests' special requirements by knowing guest allergies
-Maintain the table service and keep cleanliness of the table during the service
-promptly change the plates and remove the dirty and empty dishes once guests finish their
meals.
-Water is refilled at all times and offer an additional bottle/glass of wine/water upon completion of the first
-Offer an additional beverage before drink being empty
-Make sure to clean the table before the dessert and set up dessert plates and cutlery
accordingly, check if they want to take out
-Visit the table to ascertain service was satisfactory throughout the meal
-Promptly present bill that is clearly itemized and correct
-Offer a sincere farewell at the end of the conversation and show appreciation
