Part-time Weekend Shift Technical Support Representative

Responsibilities
Assist customers and sale agents with technical support for POS equipments and credit card terminals including Nurit, Hypercom, Verifone, Eclipse, check services, and wireless terminals;
Replace and reprogram equipment;
Daily functions included account updates and ownership changes;
Inspect returned equipment for functionality and possible replacement issues;
Provide technical support for all POS equipments and credit card terminals such as general troubleshooting, downloading new applications and training;
Set up new account entries in the gateway and assisted with shopping cart integration.
Qualifications
Bilingual in Chinese and English is required;
Experience in merchant service industry preferred;
Efficient in Microsoft Applications such as Word, Excel and Outlook;
Strong responsibility ethics and able to work well with a team;
Professional attitude and dependable;
Extremely organized and detail oriented with strong follow-through skills;
Ability to maintain calm under pressure;
Proficient with Microsoft Office.
