Chery Equipment Group is a US distributor of globally recognized heavy equipment and industrial product.


We are a growing and dynamic company with two distinct business divisions: Chery Forklift, specializing in the sales and rental of heavy equipment and tools, and Chery Industrial, offering a wide range of industrial products.


Chery Equipment Group is looking for an accountant who will be able to apply experience and sound judgment to manage timely and accurate financial reporting tasks. The ideal candidate will be well-organized with a strong sense of accuracy, pays attention to detail, comfortable multitasking, and meeting deadlines.


Responsibilities
Work closely with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable staff to complete all accounting transactions monthly, quarterly, and yearly
Reconcile all bank accounts; review and validate accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory and fixed asset balances
Post all transactions to the general ledger; make the necessary recurring and accrual entries
Review and analyze monthly financial reports and compare the results with sales department reports; communicate significant variances on a timely basis
Assist and work directly with company CEO with ad hoc financial reports and estimates
Work with Finance Manager to help support the overall department goals and objectives; work with company's CPA with reports and estimations
Help Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable staff, and work with departmental managers when necessary


Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Accounting, or related field
3+ years of experience in accounting
Proficient in Excel and Google Suite; Yongyou ERP a plus
Supervisory experience is preferred but not required


Pay: $70,000-$75,000
