Main responsibilities:

-Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries

-Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate
solutions and alternatives within a given timeframe, and follow up to ensure
resolution

-Follow up with partners to obtain the latest tracking
information and customer status delivery

- Ensure 1000 copies of paper letters and 1000 copies of email
promotion letters to liquor store and restaurant customers every month and
maintain regular telephone communication with customers.

- Fully arrange and assign the daily work of the delivery
driver of the salesperson's Work.

-Manage company and brand websites and major self-media
updates

-Design and all relevant paperwork and necessary information
related to fulfilling customer accounts, and publish them in appropriate files

-Maintain the latest and accurate program manual, detailing
each customer's processing requirements

-Follow market needs and have sales experience to safely
visit customers



Qualifications:



Must

-1 year of customer service experience with excellent
communication and relationship-building skills

-Must be fluent in English

-Proficient in using office software

-General office knowledge, including telephone technology
and computer skills in customer service environments

-Work experience in e-commerce or the wine industry
