Full-time job for a large warehouse JDL in Piscataway, NJ 【Warehouse Lead】

岗位职责：
1. 在部门主管的监督下，负责航运日常工作的整体安排，合理调配航运人员。
2. 负责制定、修改和完善发货工作流程，使仓库的日常工作更加快捷、更有条理。
3. 负责航运人员的培训，不断提高航运人员的操作水平，提高整体服务质量。
4. 监督指定的运输员工，确保根据每个订单的要求100%及时交货，零错误或遗漏。
5. 评估每个成员的表现。
负责与其他工作组的协调与配合。
6. 向航运员工传达公司政策和最新动态。
7. 根据公司信息管理体系的要求，确保团队的合规性。

Responsibilities:
1. Under the supervision of the department head, responsible for the overall daily work arrangements for shipping, and reasonable deployment of shipping personnel.
2. Responsible for formulating, revising, and perfecting shipping workflow to make the daily work of the warehouse faster and more organized.
3. Responsible for the training of shipping personnel, continuously improving the operating standards of shipping personnel, and improving the overall service quality.
4. Supervise assigned shipping employees to ensure 100% timely delivery based on the requirement of each order, and zero errors or omissions.
5. Evaluate the performance of each member.
6. Responsible for coordination and cooperation with other working groups.
Communicate company policies and updates to shipping employees.
7. Ensure the compliance of the team according to the requirements of the company's information management system

人员资格：
1. 需要熟练使用办公软件，熟悉WMS系统者优先；
2. 拥有至少1年或以上仓库工作经验，熟悉仓库收货、库位存放、发货安排各环节的工作流程；
3. 拥有较强的执行能力和一定的团队管理经验；
4. 工作态度严谨，工作认真负责
5. 有合法工作身份
6. 英语能听说读写
7. 身体健康，责任心强，认真负责，愿意长期从事仓储物流行业，擅长协调、沟通管理

Qualifications:
1. Proficient in the use of office software, familiar with WMS system is preferred;
2. At least 1 year (or above) of warehouse work experience, familiar with the working procedures of each link of warehouse receiving, location storage, and delivery arrangements;
3. Strong execution ability and specific team management experience;
4. Rigorous work attitude, serious and responsible work.
5. Have a legal working status
6. Able to speak and write in fluent English is mandatory, Chinese is NOT required
7. Having good health conditions, good at coordination and communication management, as well as willing to engage in the warehousing and logistics industry for a long time

工作情况：
1，负责对接每日仓库货量、统筹人手、打单、分装、打包、理货等
2，仓库位于新泽西Piscataway，通勤自行解决
3，每周工作5天，每天8小时左右，08:30 - 17:00，偶尔单量多时会有加班
4，接受OPT, day 1 CPT, 表现优秀者支持H1B和绿卡办理

Work Situation:
1. Responsible for docking the daily warehouse volume, coordinating manpower, ordering, packaging, packaging, tallying, etc.
2. The warehouse is located in Piscataway, NJ. Commuting is self-sufficient
3. Work 5 days a week, about 8 hours a day, 08:30 - 17:00, occasionally there will be overtime due to a large volume of orders
4. Accept OPT, day 1 CPT, those who perform well support H1B and green card processing
