What we're looking for:

We are currently looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our Finance team. If you are a professional with a deep understanding of the accounts receivable process and a passion for precision and efficiency, we want you to join our team. As an Accounts Receivable Accountant at Wonders, you will play a key role in ensuring that payments from clients and clients are processed promptly and accurately. You will work closely with the Finance team to maintain financial records, resolve payment discrepancies, and provide excellent customer service. Your contributions will directly impact our financial stability and customer relationships.

What you will achieve:

You will prepare and generate invoices for clients on a monthly basis.
You will interact with customers in a professional manner to resolve any billing questions and discrepancies.
You will work with other departments on status changes, special requests and promotions.
You will prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to accounts receivable.
You will assist with month-end closing.
You will maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.

About you:

You have a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field (preferred).
You are fluent in Mandarin and English.
You have an advanced level of Excel skills.
You have relevant experience in accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
You have a high level of attention to detail and commitment to precision.

Extra points:

You have experience working in a consumer-oriented industry and care about customers.
Your knowledge of accounting software and proficiency in using ERP systems will be an advantage.
You have more than 2 years of experience in accounts receivable (preferred).
You have a positive work attitude and experience working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment, often in multiple roles.
