VLOV is a digital fashion brand, and we’re hiring a part-time/full-time Bilingual(Mandarin and English) Social Media manager.
$15 - $20 an hour

Job Description
· Manage our presence on social media platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Discord, Youtube etc.

· Use our social channels to increase awareness of and engagement with VLOV.

· Create new and interesting content for social media, proactively planning ways to show VLOV’s values.

· Ensure that content is in line with VLOV’s core values and branding.

· Devise strategies to increase company exposure and boost sales through these media platforms.

· Write and own day-to-day social media calendars, ensuring timing is optimized per platform.

· Provide stellar customer service by managing all messages received through social media platforms, responding to all customers’ concerns and questions.

· Establish an internal reporting system to report on results and provide insights.

· Understand audience engagement by reviewing and analyzing the competition’s presence.

· Engage with social communities by regularly responding to people across all social channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.

· Proactively identify community management opportunities to insert our brand into relevant conversations on social media.

. The individual will be responsible to increase an inflow of quality mortgage leads


Required skills

· One to two years of social marketing experience. Advertising industry experience is a plus. Knowledge of Web 3 and digital fashion is a plus.

· Understanding of the individual voice, audience and configuration of each social media platform in order to optimize our engagement with different communities.

· Knowledge of each social media channel’s algorithms and ability to track keyword and hashtag performance.

-Bilingual in English and Mandarin(can understand and speak) is required.
