About us:
HungryPanda is a Chinese food delivery platform established in the UK, which has covered the UK, France, Australia, New Zealand, the United States and Canada. It aims to build the most professional Chinese food delivery platform overseas for international students and overseas Chinese. The company has 60 offices and branches around the world, with more than 600 employees. We are currently looking for a HR Specialist to join our team in the US.
As a HR Specialist, you will assist in providing a wide range of HR support and advice. The successful candidate will play a key role in the success of the organization by offering guidance on recruitment, terminations, performance management, employee relations and HR best practices while facilitating a positive relationship between personnel and senior management.

Responsibilities:
Implement and administer employee policies
Provide high-quality advice and service to management on daily employee relations and performance management issues
Support the HR department in implementing programs to help improve the employee experience
Offer proactive recruiting assistance
Maintain ongoing relationships with employment agencies to ensure the selection of the most qualified candidates
Identify ways to improve policies and procedures
Prepare termination and severance lettersTrain and provide support to HR team members

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or diploma in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Expertise in HR policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of hiring processes
Understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
Familiarity with MS Office suite
Excellent communication skills
MUST speak Mandarin
