Marketing Associate

Part-Time position with growth potential to Full Time within a year

Responsibilities:
Social Media
Outreach and collaborate with new and current Talent (ie. Key Opinion Leaders or Influencers)
Develops cross-platform and platform-specific social media content (ie. Images / Videos)
Determines content needs for social (video, live video, designed graphics, articles, etc.)
Creates daily assets and posts for all social channels
Interacts with fans and customers across all social media channels
Performs regular social listening to identify trends and opportunities
Traditional Media
Prepare and distribute press releases, organize PR events
Connect with media outlets, press, and blogs on store coverage (ie. KTLA news)
Track media coverage and follow industry trends
Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising
Marketing Management
Monitors engagement and other key data points to help plan and adjust social strategy as needed
Contact and respond to Brand Partnership and Opportunities

Qualifications:
Well versed in major social platforms (Facebook, Tik Tok, Twitter, Instagram, Youtube)
Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Strong photo or short-form video editing abilities
Food & Beverage (Specifically Boba Tea) experience and enthusiasm
Strong copywriting abilities a plus
Chinese and English speaking
Work Location: Office / Store Visit / WFH
