5 is insult to black people!
Dear Senate Appropriations Committee,
Please do not allow appropriation of even one dollar
to support the highly unequitable and racist ACA 5. This bill will cost the
state large amounts of money when we are going to have budget deficit next year
due to COVID － 19. Furthermore, appropriating money for this bill will be IN
FACT appropriating money for a racist unjust constitutional revision.
It is not fair to use tax-payer money to fund a racist
CONSTITUTIONAL REVISION. In fact, it is more than not fair it is
unacceptable, and the people of California will stand against racism coming out
of our state legislature.
This bill is misguided and is being fast tracked
because of a racist agenda that has taken hold of our legislative bodies.
The people of California will organize against any
legislature who approves of this bill in the following ways:
1) We will vote out any legislator who approves of
this racist bill in anyway
2) We will stop donating to your campaigns
3) We will organize to protest against you
4) We will organize to sue you if you allow
appropriation of even one tax-payer dollar to this racist agenda.
