Located in downtown Boston, Smartstudy is one of the subsidies of Overseas Students Services Corp. At SmartStudy, our mission is to inspire Chinese students of all ages to improve their language skills and broaden their horizons through a lifelong commitment to learning.
Position Summary:
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for executing effective marketing strategies, assisting with campaign development, analyzing the effectiveness of each campaign and developing our lead generation programs. The successful candidate will play an integral role in building and engaging the company’s customer base and creating effective strategies that will promote the long-term growth of our firm.
Core Responsibilities:
Generate leads. Communicate to students and prospects effectively. Developing personas, messaging and content to engage and direct the online customers to settle meetings with the courses consultant.
Work closely with the digital marketing specialists and sales team on the creation of an innovation on marketing strategy, then execute that strategy. This includes content management, lead generation, and conversion for all digital channels, such as WeChat, QQ, Zhihu and Facebook, etc.
Organize and plan business development and marketing events and act as the public relations liaison when strategically securing press and media coverage on company initiatives.
Aggregate, organize and synthesize large amounts of data to drive the decision-making process. Report the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals for continuous improvement of strategy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline.
Strong organization and prioritization skills. Ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suits and other statistics analytics tools.
