Future IntEdu Center Inc. is a local educational service company based in New York, especially working for Chinese international students in the United States. The company is committed to providing international students with academic consulting and cultural integration services to help each international student adapt quickly to the American education systems. The company is mainly for junior high school students to college age groups, satisfying the needs of high school or higher education applicants. Future IntEdu Center Inc. is now seeking an Instructional Coordinator with a Master's degree in education or related field and experience of working with ESLs. Come be part of our team!

岗位职责
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• 与学生建立良好的师生关系，分析学生的学习需求与学习动机
• 组织策划教师会议，协商决议新的教学过程和教学材料
• 与教师合作改进新老课程的教学内容，课程大纲，测试内容，课堂活动
• 为所有教师圆满完成教学任务提供一线支持,提供必要的教学建议
• 追踪学生学习进度并向学生家长发送学习周结
• 具备良好的时间和资源管理能力

• Builds up friendly relationship between you and students, analyzes their learning needs and motivation
• Plans and conducts teacher conferences dealing with new classroom procedures and instructional materials
• Collaborates with teachers in developing course content, course outline, assessments, and learning activities for new and existing courses
• Provides direct support to all teachers in implementing best instruction and assessment, provides pedagogic suggestions if necessary
• Tracks students' progression and completes weekly reports for students' parents
• Demonstrates the ability to manage time and resources

• Exceptional written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Demonstrated abilities to work with a diverse group of students, teachers and parents
• Abilities to troubleshoot, critically evaluate, and makes educational design decisions

任职要求
Qualification

• 需具有课程设计丶教育学丶第二语言教学丶TESOL或相关专业的研究生文凭
• 中文口语能力和写作能力需达到母语水平, 母语为汉语者优先考虑
• 具有在华4年以上受教育背景者优先考虑
• 需具备针对ESL课堂的课程设计和教学经验
• 对各类教学管理平台有相关工作经验者优先考虑
• 能够熟练使用各类搜索引擎，精通微软办公软件

• Master's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Second Language Education, TESOL or related field required
• Native fluency in oral and written Chinese required, Chinese native speaker preferred
• Preferred 4 years or above education background in China
• Required experience in course creation, design, and teaching in ESL classroom
• Preferred experience in Learning Management Systems (Canvas, Plus Portal, Google Classroom)
• Technologically savvy with multiple browsers and familiar with Microsoft Office products

工作性质：全职
Position Type: Full-time

工作地点：纽约曼哈顿
Location: Manhattan, NY

工作时间：周一至周五，早10点至晚6点
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm
