Essential functions:主要职责
l Communicate with Industrial automation product supplier for purchasing与工业自动化产品供应商沟通采购事宜
l high level of verbal and written communication and heavy phone work, including calling suppliers and expediting requests for quotes (RFQ) responses and purchase orders shipments.要求高水平的口头和书面沟通和繁重的电话工作，包括打电话给供应商和加快报价请求(RFQ)响应和采购订单发货。
l The Purchasing Assistant will process vendor acknowledgements, close out purchase orders, receipts and cross dock administrative functions and post other information into our purchasing system. 采购助理将处理供应商确认,关闭采购订单,发票和交叉码头管理功能和其他信息后到我们的采购系统。
l Will resolve shipping discrepancies; assist buyer, program managers and other team members. 将解决船舶差异;协助采购，项目经理和其他团队成员。

l Validate receiving and inbound process with warehouse通过仓库验证接收和入站过程
l Monitor, track and reconcile inventory at all times监控，跟踪和协调库存
l Coordinating freight forwarding for exporting trading goods & resolve exporting issues协调货运代理出口贸易货物，解决出口问题
l Assisting for demand and planning协助需求和计划
l Prepares/processes claim with supplier & cargo vendors准备/处理供应商和货物供应商的索赔
l Maintains and requests all required documents from supplier维护并要求供应商提供所有必要的文件
l Maintains master trading products list维护主交易产品清单
l Maintaining hard & soft copies of purchasing documents维护采购文件的软硬拷贝
l Monthly & annual closing月结及年结
l Assist with Interim & Final Audit协助进行中期和最终审计
Requirements要求:
l 1 years of purchasing & exporting or related experience 1年以上采购及出口相关工作经验
l Associate Degree/Bachelor’s degree副学士/学士学位
l Knowledge of purchasing industrial automation product process preferred有采购工业自动化产品知识优先
l Strong Excel & Word knowledge较强的Excel和Word知识
l Attention to detail对细节的关注
l Accuracy and confidentiality准确性和保密性
l Strong organization and communication skills较强的组织和沟通能力
l Ability to interact with vendors in a professional manner能够以专业的方式与供应商互动
l Ability to self-manage required有自我管理能力
l Analytical Thinking分析思考
l Bilingual preferred (Chinese & English) 中英双语者优先
