Responsibilities:
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s issues
Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
offering training and IT support to our clients
Work with customer support manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered

Requirements:
IT related major and working experience preferred
Good at Windows operating system installation and familiar with TCP/IP, DHCP, LDAP, DNS
Good communication & interpersonal skills - written and oral
Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
Attention to detail & accuracy
Ability to work effectively under pressure
Highly problem solving ability and strong analytical capabilities
Positive, liable and professional
Bilingual (fluent with Chinese and English)

技术支持
岗位职责：
1收集客户信息，处理客户意见丶建议，及时向有关部问反馈。
2.协助销售人员和客户进行各个层面（业务丶技术实现）的技术交流和解答。
3.支持市场和销售，为客户和工程人员提供相关培训。
4.快速准确并按技术支持经理需求提供所有报告丶数据，如周工作计划/报告等。
5. 辅助部门制定售后服务政策，员工及客户的培训制度
6. 负责发货设备丶软件配置清单的制作。
7.接收和协助解决客户遇到的各类现场技术问题，及时准确的把现场信息反馈给销售和研发部门。
岗位要求：
1.计算机相关专业毕业，有相关经验者优先考虑。
2.精通 WINDOWS 安装调试，熟悉网络基本知识，精通 TCP/IP， DHCP， LDAP， DNS。
3.有很强的解决问题能力，具有良好的沟通能力。
4.工作态度积极，有责任感，具备良好的职业道德。
