Office Assistant

is currently looking for individuals to fulfill Office Assistant position. Individuals must be hardworking and task-oriented. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals to gain experience in multiple fields.
Job Description:
• Organizes, maintains files, documents, and logs
•Prepares and processes bills, invoices, receipts, statements, checks, and other financial documents
•Handles and processes mail, answers telephones, routes calls, takes messages, and provides general information
• Make purchase orders and verify and keep record of incoming and outgoing shipments
•Insert items into Inventory system, ascertain that all the inbound and outbound shipments are properly counted
• Keep track and update invoices with tracking numbers
•Communicate with supervisors, customers, vendors, warehouse workers, freight forwarders etc.
• Additional similar duties as assigned by employer

Job Requirement:
•Basic computer skills with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, OMS, and Quickbooks
• Must be authorized to work for any employers in the U.S.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred
• OMS experience preferred
• Familiar with UPS shipping systems is a Plus
• Operates standard office equipment
• Bilingual Chinese/Spanish is a plus but not a must
• Office management experience is a plus

Salary will be $13.00/hour to start with. Probationary period 3 months for training.
