Job Description:
• Greeting customers • Open cards for customers and educates customers on how to use our products• Respond to customer calls and provide information regarding product/destination.• Follow up promptly with customers on any matter/question.• Handle customer complaints to resolution, where applicable, or refer to a supervisor.• Communicate with other departments to fulfill customer requests.• Displays passion, commitment and drive to deliver an experience that improves our customers’ financial lives• Assists store management, make sure store cleanness and maintain company image. • Plans and implements marketing events in store. • Outbound calls to customers to push specific products.• Work with team in management of specific program, to include berthing, manifest information, preparation and review of documents.• Use discretion and initiative when necessary in providing client satisfaction, to maximize revenue, and simultaneously satisfy customer
Qualification:
• High School diploma or relevant work experience• Bilingual level Mandarin and English speaking required• Proven customer service skills and the ability to resolve problems independently or escalate as needed to promote customer satisfaction• Strong communication skills and active listening skills• Ability to learn and understand systems/platforms to assist customers with self-service needs• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

职位信息
岗位描述:
• 从客户进门时起,主动迎接客户,询问客户需求,并向客户提供一切必要的协助和服务;• 热情丶诚恳丶耐心丶准确地解答客户的业务咨询• 帮客户办理卡片,介绍卡片功能和优势;• 跟进客户的疑问,反馈和申诉;• 与相关部门沟通,协作解决客户疑难;• 协助门店经理管理门店,保持门店干净有序,维护品牌形象;• 组织和规划门店举办的活动;与市场部和销售部保持密切合作;• 及时整理和更新宣传材料,保证信息准确性和时效性;整理客户信息和保证客户信息安全;• 及时完成门店经理交办的事务。

任职资格;
1. 中英双语可流利沟通;2. 高中以上学历,品貌端正,笑容可掬;3. 具有较强客户服务能力,有亲和力;4. 为人正直诚信,积极正面,品行良好,具有较强的责任心,原则性强,具备较强的团队协作意识丶敬业精神和沟通协调能力;5. 具备客户服务经验,相关行业或有服务行业相关工作经验者优先
