Requirements:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Fluent in English/Mandarin, both writing and oral are must, other languages such as Spanish, cantonese would be considered as plus.
• Previous experience in export business would be an asset
• Rich team cooperation spirit, self-motivated, good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills, ability of shorthand and logical analysis, attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
• Assisting all aspects of general office coordination.
• Delivering accurate information to our factory in china
• Engage conversations with our sales representatives by pointing out key notes.
• Additional tasks as required.

工作职责：
• 翻译英文订单，与中国供应商进行沟通，准确传达订单要求
• 需要协助及处理基本办公事务，如影印文件 接听客户电话等
• 与我们的销售代表进行沟通，了解及摘录客户指定需求
