The old looking "doctor" (Not Dr. Kan or Dr Cheung) did not seem to be a licensed doctor to me, pretented to have checked my record BUT didn't, did not respect ptient's privacy (told the reception the most intimate details when I was around), NOT compassion (like most any other doctors).
