Job Overview
READY Warehousing & Logistics LLC is a trucking and logistics company based in Secaucus, NJ, specializing in NY/NJ port drayage, rail ramp drayage, warehousing, transloading, and refrigerated transportation.
We are currently looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Port Drayage Dispatcher to join our growing team. This position focuses on daily port container dispatch, driver communication, appointment coordination, and shipment status tracking.
Responsibilities / 岗位职责
Arrange daily container pickup and delivery schedules for NY/NJ ports and rail terminals.Communicate with drivers, customers, warehouses, and internal team members.Track container availability, appointments, LFD, holds, outgate/ingate status, and delivery updates.Coordinate terminal appointments and delivery appointments to ensure on-time service.Handle unexpected issues during transportation and communicate updates promptly.Update shipment status in the TMS system and maintain accurate records.Support dispatch team with daily operations and customer communication.
