Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive, organized, and outgoing Office Sales Assistant to join our team.
This position supports our sales team and daily office operations. If you’re detail-oriented and
thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
●
Assist sales team with follow-ups and customer communication
●
Visit customers for tastings, events, and to deliver marketing materials
●
Handle online inquiries and support promotional efforts
●
Help grow and maintain client relationships
●
Provide excellent customer service
●
Support daily office tasks and admin work
●
Send promotional emails and assist with basic marketingRequirements
●
Previous experience in an administrative, office, or sales support role
●
Wine & spirits or wholesale industry experience preferred
●
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
●
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
●
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize
●
Detail-oriented and solution-focused
●
Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car
Preferred Skills & Qualities
●
Positive, team-oriented attitude
●
Hardworking and dependable
●
Bilingual (Spanish or Chinese) is a strong plus
Compensation
* Salary: $3,500 － $6,000+/month (Base + Commission)
Work Location:
In-person at our office and across service areas as needed
