责任和职责：

- 条理清晰，具有文件管理经验
- 熟悉微软办公软
- 年薪五万-六万美金。

Responsibilities and Duties:
The paralegal who performs substantive legal work under the guidance and supervision of an attorney Assists attorneys by analyzing and preparing legal documents, performing routine legal research, compiling data from such references Conducting research, and distributing real estate documents. Documenting processes, as well as maintaining hard copy files and electronic records. Submitting accurate legal documents on time.

Qualifications and Skills
Previous experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant or similar role is preferred Familiarity with real estate closings, reading title reports, and clearing title exceptions. Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese Highly organized with document management experience Comfortable with Microsoft Office Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
Salary 50000-60000/year
