Part-time Bilingual Video Editor (Remote)

Qualifications
· Prior experience as a video editor and graphic designer, ideally with a portfolio showcasing your work
· Proficiency in video editing software, graphic design sets (Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), strong understanding of video editing techniques and graphic design aesthetics
· Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, while also being self-motivated and independent
· Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously
· Excellent communication skills
· A positive attitude and willingness to adapt and learn in a dynamic & remote work environment
· Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)

Responsibilities
· The Part-time Designer will play a crucial role in creating engaging and impactful content for our diverse audience
· This role requires proficiency in both English and Chinese, as you'll be responsible for graphic design and editing video content in both languages
· This will start as a part-time position, offering approximately 20-28 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate other commitments
· Candidate will have an opportunity for Full-Time promotion if all performance requirements are met
· Collaborate with the creative team to understand project requirements and objectives
· Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, professional-quality videos, ensuring smooth transitions, accurate graphics, quality audio, and visual coherence
· Utilize video editing & graphics software (Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects) to optimize video and audio quality
· Utilize vector graphics software (Adobe Illustrator) to create unique thumbnails from a template file
· Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and contribute ideas for new video projects & improving our workflow
· Meet deadlines and efficiently manage time to ensure timely delivery of projects
· Able to handle print design and web-based projects
