Immigration Paralegal - Client Relationship Manager (Mandarin Chinese)
Our immigration law firm is hiring a full-time immigration paralegal who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese to serve as a client relationship manager. Your main responsibilities will be:
(1) Following up with potential clients.Updating existing clients on the status of their applications.Communicating with clients by phone, WeChat, email, 小红书, and other platforms.Ensuring smooth communication among the clients, attorney, and other paralegals.
(2) Most importantly, you primary goal is to ensure that our clients receive fast, efficient, and highest-quality service.

Requirements
The requirements for this position are:
(1) You must be fluent in Mandarin Chinese,
(2) You must be fluent in English,
(3) You must have authorization to work legally in the U.S. (we can consider H1B sponsorship),
(4) You must have at least 3 years of experience as an immigration paralegal.

Our primary services are: I-130, I-485, I-751, I-131, I-131A, I-765, I-90, SB-1, I-539, N-400, I-360 (VAWA, widows, and SIJS).
Our focus is on family immigration, especially marriage immigration. But you should also apply if you have experience with employment immigration, especially H1B.
We do not handle asylum or deportation cases.

Working Hours
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday.

We are looking for someone to work in person in our Flushing, New York office: 38-08 Union Street, Suite 11A, Flushing, NY 11354

Benefits
We offer the following benefits:
(1) The salary range is $65,000.00 - $69,000 and is commensurate with your level of experience,

(7) Performance-based bonus.
