Zeng Law Group (www.zenglawgroup.com) is seeking a full-time real estate paralegal. The position will have the opportunity to work under the supervision of experienced attorneys. Must be able to speak with clients in Chinese.

Job Duties:

Work on residential real estate closing cases

Review offering plan, purchase and sale agreements

Coordinate with title company for title report

Prepare closing statements

Manage client relations: conduct and assist in client intakes, maintain communication via email and phone calls

Require:

Bachelor's degree in law, art, communication, criminology, etc.
Must be able to communicate with clients in both spoken and written Mandarin/English
Exceptional multitasking, attention to detail and organizational skills
