Ecommerce Operation Specialist

Everyday Group LLC requires an operation specialist to be responsible for the daily operation of its subsidiary company’s online marketplace platforms.
Position Description: Actively cooperate with the product department to maintain and improve the online marketplace platforms (title, description, image, comment, price, product specifications, etc.).
Improve product display and consumer experience.
Develop relevant promotional strategies and plans to attract new customers.
Understand product trends in the market and help the development team provide suggestions on new products and categories.
Coordinate and cooperate with the customer service & technical team to optimize the consumer experience of website customers, and the effect of high marketing activities.
Assist office administrative work and customer service work when necessary.

Required Qualifications:Fluent in Chinese and English1-3 years of working experienceTechnical operation or sales experienceProficient in office software operationAbility to work effectively independently and in a team environmentHas experience with the mainstream social media platforms: such as Weibo, WeChat, FB and Ins

Preferred Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree with a major relevant in business administration, marketing, communications, etc. or 3-4 years equivalent of working experience.
Background in E-Commerce, online marketplace sales.
Full-time Work Hourly Paid Job Types: Full-time, Contract Compensation is commensurate with experience.

优先条件：本科或副学士学历，工商管理、市场营销、传播等相关专业，或3-4年的相关工作经验。有电商、在线市场销售背景，

薪资：● 全职合同时薪制
