【data scientist】
Responsibilities:
• Apply advanced knowledge of SQL and the ability to build complex modeling features
• Build machine learning models that leverage our unique data sources to recommend an optimal product, offer, content, and information
• Build end-to-end infrastructure from exploring your data, designing, deploying, testing, to monitoring your own models
• Help identify new opportunities by applying machine learning and statistical models for improved business outcomes
• Be a self-starter, eager to learn, and motivated by a passion for developing the best possible solutions to problems
Qualifications：
• MS or Ph.D. or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as a computer or data science, math, statistics, or physics
• 2 years of experience in developing and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in a professional setting
• Domains of expertise should include at least one of the following: collaborative filtering, content-based recommender systems, link-click prediction, predictive customer targeting
• Advanced SQL skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment and deliver excellent results
• Strong communication skills, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders

【pricing analyst】
Responsibilities:
• Manage day to day pricing activities including promotional, marketing, and merchandising initiatives across all categories
• Evaluate price change impact and offer a recommendation to improve profitability
• Establish and formulate the pricing strategy for each product to ensure competitiveness against regional competitions
• Perform pricing audits to ensure the compilation of competitive data’s accuracy, consistency, and reliability
• Assist with the enhancements and creation of the pricing systems, tools, and reporting dashboards to make better business decisions
• Perform post promotional event analysis to understand the return on investment
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; Retail/pricing experience a plus
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate insights and recommendations
• Proficient level in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to communicate effectively on analytical findings

【Marketing Specialist】
Responsibilities:
• Create, edit and publish engaging content and promotional campaigns for restaurant hot dish delivery programs, including app push/email campaigns and promotions on Wechat, etc to attract and retain customers.
• Executing promotional events and ads campaigns through multiple channels, such as social media, traditional media, offline events
• Analyzing campaign results (conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
• Work with merchandising team in selecting products for promotions and create relevant content that drives sales
• Work with designers to generate banners and other promotional creatives
• Measuring the results of marketing activity
• Creative marketing professional, preferably with a writing background
• To be up-to-date with new media technologies and marketing trends
Requirements:
• Set short-term and long-term goals to achieve business targets
• Operation WeChat and other social media, interact with customers, receive customer feedback and generate ideas to increase customer engagement.
• BA in marketing, public relations, communications, or related fields
• 2 years of marketing experience, such as websites content, email marketing, APP notification, Wechat, paid ads
• Must possess excellent written, grammatical, and editorial skills in Chinese and fluent in English, understanding of the best content for various channels.
• Food lovers, familiar with restaurants in SF LA, and Seattle
• Quick analytical and problem-solving skills
• A cooperative attitude in a team environment

【Operations Analyst】
Responsibilities:
• Analyze sales, inventory, and labor data to provide insights that influence process design, resource allocation, and activity scheduling
• Deliver operations metrics, monitor trends, and highlight variances
• Form and test hypothesis, identify root causes and propose solution options
• Model process changes to estimate business impacts
• Collaborate with technical cross-functional teams to ensure that we achieve desired efficiencies with the lowest possible costs
Qualifications
• Background in operation research, industrial engineering, logistics, or mathematics
1 years of hands-on data research and analysis experience, preferably in an e-commerce, retail, or manufacturing environment
• 1 years of using statistical programming languages and software packages
• Ability to learn new processes and systems quickly, with high attention to detail
• Excellent in critical thinking and communication
• Ability to adapt in a rapidly growing, startup environment
• Personable and collaborative; strong affinity for working cross-functionally
• Hardworking and willing to do what it takes for us to reach our goals
