East Windsor - Room for Rent - 625-650

Room available in a town house, in the Hightstown, East Windsor area.
Current tenants is moving out in August, so the room will available Mid to late August
Preferred student or working professional. Asian (Chinese, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, etc...).
Must be OK with dogs as I have a 15 lb dog, sorry no pets for tenants.
Long term lease preferred (12 Months), month to month will be $75 addition to the room rent.

You may use La Terrazza Pizzeria & Ristorante (NJ-33 & Twin Rivers Dr, East Windsor, NJ 08520) as a address to view the area and gauge your daily traveling. (12 miles to Princeton U / 22 miles to Rutgers)

To be consider, you must provide a Full Credit and background report (You may use https://www.rentprep.com/ which will charge you a $38 fee).
1st month rent 1 month deposit required before moving in.

Details:
Safety: House is motion camera monitored with built in alarm system.
Tenants share upgraded kitchen (gas oven and frigid), there is a unfinished finished basement which you may use as a living room should you wish, quality washer and dryer in basement (not one of the cheap stack-able units that destroy clothing), 2nd floor full bathroom, 1st floor half bathroom, closed in gravel backyard. There will be 2 rooms being rented and I will be in the master bedroom.

Utilities (Gas, Electric, Water) will be divided between each tenants. Basic internet connection provided.
Central cooling system, I follow ideal temperature settings (Winter: 68 degree / Summer: 78)
Tenants are responsible for cleaning after themselves.

A little about myself:
I am a ABC (American Born Chinese). I work full time at a large company. At home I like to keep to myself but don't mind socializing on occasion.

- Less $25 if you bring your furniture, otherwise I will put a Twin or full size bed with platform
