English Client Support Analyst
Argus Merchant Services is a fast-growing, New York City-based merchant service provider, with more than 15 years of experience in the e-commerce industry. We are looking for talented individuals to join us in the exciting journey of exploring diverse opportunities. We are actively recruiting career-minded individuals with a strong work ethic to provide customer support to our merchant population came from diverse cultural backgrounds.
The Client Support Specialist is an entry-level position. The role you'll play in developing long-term working relationships is vital to our company. You'll be part of a company that motivates its employees to achieve their potential through training and ongoing opportunities.
Job Type: Full time (on-site)
Location: Wall Street.
Pay: $18 or up depending on experience
Fluent in English, Chinese, and other languages is a PLUS.
We are looking for:
• Candidates with a strong work ethic and excellent phone communication skills
• Effective at multitasking and time management
• Excellent organizational and communication skills in providing service and information to customers.
• Someone with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Someone who can provide a consistent customer experience, coordinate with internal and external departments.
• Comfortable with web-based platforms, and willing to learn new technologies and tools
Client Service Responsibilities:
• Be passionate to provide high levels of Customer Service to exceed the expectations of our clients.
• Answer and assist all incoming telephone calls in a timely, pleasant, helpful manner, as well as routing calls to the appropriate source when necessary.
• Uphold compassion, empathy, and professionalism during high-stress situations.
• Maintain a log of all incoming calls and ticket resolution in CRM. • Maintains ongoing client relationships.
• Perform other duties as directed.
• Submitted request to the corresponding department and understand the structure/workflow.
• Evaluate client concerns and situations to determine their importance and urgency. Conducts research and process adjustments independently or in concert with other departments to the mutual satisfaction of the client.
Qualifications & Skills:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Fluent in English, additional language is a PLUS
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Previous phone operator experience is preferred but not required, we will train the right person!
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Time Management
• Organized and Detail-Oriented
• Decision making and ability to identify and resolve/escalate complex problems
• Ability to thrive in both an independent and team environment to effectively accomplish tasks
• Ability to learn and adapt to new products and services
