My roommate and I are looking for a female (only) roommate to join us in our 3BR/2Bath Apartment in midtown west for 2013-2014. The move-in date is around June 23 +/- 3 days and this is a one year lease not a sublet of any type. Please see description below:

Prime location in Midtown West. Great Safe Neighborhood with plenty of stores, restaurants and bars. Easy Transportation: 24/7 yellow cab at door, zipcar, citibike & downtown/uptown bus within block, 10 mins walk to Columbus Circle with access to A/C/E, B/D, and 1 train.
This 1000 sqft apartment is sun-filled with large windows in every room. The room has built-in air conditioner. Extra closet space is available outside the room if needed.
Kitchen and dinning area will be shared among the three roommates. Bathroom will be shared as the other roommate has a private bathroom en suite.
Internet+Utility to split.
